Catering
Just a Dash specializes in small event catering served family style to bring you and your guests closer together for a shared meal. Every bite takes you on an adventure for your taste buds.
Catering for non charcuterie orders must meet quantity minimums that are listed on menus.
Food cost minimums are $3000 for booking more than 4 months out, $1500 for 1-3 months out, or $800 for booking less than 1 month out.
We suggest at least 14 days notice for catering orders but we request booking as far out as possible. We can't always take catering orders on short notice. It never hurts to check and see if we can squeeze you in with less notice.
Custom menu catering is available for guest counts under 40. Please inquire for menu options.
We do our best to prevent cross contamination for g
luten free products with multi step cleaning between gluten and non gluten items but we are not a dedicated facility.
On site events may require catering servers or chefs
for an additional fee and a 18% gratuity.
Charcuterie Boards and Tables
Beautiful and delicious spreads made to impress both the eyes and palate.
Charcuterie orders need at least 24 hour notice and do not have a food cost minimum.
Boxes, boards, and tables are available for ordering for groups up to 350 guests
You can add appetizer and desserts to your tables to create a fuller meal experience
